Our client is a well established organisation in Clydebank that provides bespoke solutions to suit every customer's electrical power system needs are currently growing. They pride themselves in delivering proven and certified systems for any power-based application, together with naval and marine bespoke application. As a result of continued success and growth, they are now looking to add to their talented team by recruiting an IT Apprentice.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with providing hardware and software support for Windows Computers and Laptops
- Assist IT Manager with software troubleshooting such as Microsoft, Sage 200, Radan etc
- Support with installation and management of VOIP phone system
- Support within stores on introduction of barcoding all stock to ensure better stock management within the company
- Support with setup of new systems
- Support maintenance of shared drives and servers
- Support maintenance of printers/scanners
- Support obtaining competitive pricing for IT equipment
What skills do I need?
- A keen interest in IT
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and individually when required
- Professional approach towards all aspects of work
- Good time management, planning and organisational skills
Salary:
£17,000 per annum
Working week:
39 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 7am – 5pm
