Overview:

As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll be the cornerstone of our commitment to excellence in customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers and clients of AXA Assistance in the UK, particularly in relation to Motor Breakdown situations. Using your initiative and leveraging our comprehensive information resources, you'll ensure optimal outcomes for every customer while adeptly managing their expectations. Collaboration with our network of approved suppliers and contractors will be key, as you work tirelessly to find solutions that exceed customer needs.

Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working contracts with the opportunity to spend 2 days a week in our lively Redhill office.

Working Hours:

Full-time working 35 hours per week (rotating shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays) 

Salary:

Unlock a rewarding career with a starting salary of £22,790, complemented by a shift allowance of up to 7.5%!

Training:

Embark on your journey with confidence! You'll receive four weeks of intensive, fully comprehensive training from our specialist trainers to equip you for success in your new role. Rest assured, your professional development is our priority, and we'll continue to provide ongoing support and training throughout your career with us. 


Your Profile

No Experience Necessary:

While previous experience in a Contact/Claims Centre or telephone-based role is advantageous, it's not essential. What we value most is your ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. If you're a clear communicator with active listening skills and a knack for building rapport, we want to hear from you!
