Job Description
The Customer Service team will be crucial in delivering and exceeding customer expectations at every touchpoint at Belfast Grand Central Station.
The Customer Service Officer role will be fundamental in assisting and supporting customers and will include essential functions such as sales, customer service, finance, and administration.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English & Maths or, alternatively, be able to demonstrate at least 2 years relevant experience in a similar post.
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a face-to-face customer service role.
- Previous experience handling cash transactions.
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Carry out a range of shift patterns to facilitate the operating hours of the station.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience of dealing with ticketing equipment
- Experience of financial systems such as Agresso for receipts/invoices/lodgements etc.
- Willingness to undergo relevant training i.e., health and safety, fire warden/first aid, customer service training and personal trackside safety (PTS)
