Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 8.30am-4:30pm,Friday. 37 hours per week.
Salary: Starting at £21,100.

On behalf of our client, a Northern Ireland provider ofexcellent service, delivering positive change with a forward looking attitude.We are seeking a Customer Advisor who will provide Engineering Support,including administration duties and to ensure the smooth running of theoperation of the business.
The candidate will be responsible for the dispatch ofengineers to jobs, using handheld devices along with support of colleagues andwill record all relevant details onto Concerto as required. The candidate willalso use their effective communication skills to liaise with customers to agreeappointment dates and resolve problems and complaints that may arise. In usingyour communication skills, you will also liaise with departments within thecompany to help resolve customer related issues within company standards ofservice.
You will use your excellent organisational ability tosupport all processes required to ensure effective operation of emergencyservices including rota preparation, database update, liaison with dispatchcentre and issue of safety notices to the Health and Safety Inspectorate asrequired. You will also support engineers with work related queries and factfinding information when requested.
You will have excellent attention to detail in order tosupport processes to ensure that all Customer Chargeable quotations andrenewals are issued in a timely controlled manner while also supporting thetimely provision of reports to management concerning business objectives.
The candidate will be able to establish, develop andmaintain effective working relationships with all colleagues, contractors andpartnering agencies to ensure an integrated contribution to the company’scorporate objectives.
Essentialcriteria
- ·English and Maths GCSE or equivalent.
- ·Minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience withinan office/administration function.
- ·Experience of working in a high pressurisedenvironment.
- ·Comprehensive IT skills including the ability touse Microsoft Office Packages, in particular, MS Excel.
Desirablecriteria
- ·Experience of dealing with customer relatedqueries and/or complaints.
