Job title:                                            Head of Corporate Partnerships

Location:                                           Loughborough anchored (2 days per week in the office initially reducing to 1 day per week)

Grade and salary:                           Circa £50,000 - £55,000

Hours:                                                Full time

Contract type:                                 Permanent

Responsibilities within this role:

• Secure £1.4M income in 23/24 financial year across Corporate Partnerships, sponsorship, fundraising, trust and foundations and individual giving. Of which circa £500k is already secure, £600k is identified but not confirmed and £300k is unidentified.
• Secure 5% growth in income Year on Year thereafter. Secure additional high value corporate relationships and partnerships across the Youth Sport Trusts (YST) portfolio of sponsorable assets and programmes
• Line manage the Corporate Partnership and Fundraising team, coaching and motivating them to be a high-performing team
• Undertake corporate leadership responsibilities as a member of the senior leadership team including attending strategy meetings and planning sessions, undertaking monthly financial forecasting and projections, reporting income actuals versus budget to trustees on a quarterly basis.

They are now looking for:

• Proven experience of managing successful high value Corporate Partnerships
• Proven experience of reporting and being accountable to senior management and/or trustees
• Experience in the development and implementation of a fundraising strategy
• Experience of selecting, building and developing high performing teams
