Your new role
You'll have a crucial role in managing the bank's credit risk and ensuring the quality of internal credit operations. This role is a cornerstone of day-to-day efficiency, requiring a proactive and dedicated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced international banking environment. Seeking someone passionate about managing people and leadership to inspire their team to meet deadlines and goals efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have a relevant degree with demonstrated post-qualification experience. A minimum of 10 years experience working as a senior credit administration function, with people management experience. Extensive knowledge of banking and regulatory frameworks. Experience with monitoring and controlling risk exposure within established sanction limits and protecting the bank and its customers from operational risk and fraud. Manage risk participation and maintain up-to-date loan records. Stay informed on all credit processes, documentation, and guidelines, ensuring adherence to established credit policies. Maintain clear communications with various internal departments.
What you'll get in return
Salary up to £85k - £95k (depending on experience), a discretionary bonus, 29 annual leave days (excluding bank holidays), daily lunch allowance, hybrid working and other benefits.
