Responsibilities in your new role
In this role, your responsibilities encompass ensuring that the Customer Support Management Team adheres to health, safety, and environmental policies for the well-being of staff and visitors. You are tasked with fostering a customer-centric culture that prioritises internal and external customer needs, promoting a winning mentality, accountability, and continual identification of new opportunities.
Implementation of the company's Customer Support strategy to enhance market share is a key aspect. You will oversee customer satisfaction through metrics and utilise the CRM system for successful project management. Collaboration with various departments and stakeholders is crucial for effective project delivery, customer communication, and strategic decision-making.
Leadership, motivation, and coaching of the Customer Support Management team, promoting employee engagement, recruitment, performance evaluation, and frequent travel are integral to the role.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role should bring a wealth of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the automotive or aviation sectors. A track record of over 5 years in successful B2B account management within a highly competitive commercial environment is essential.
The candidate should have proficiency in executing strategic plans, along with a proven ability to influence positively at a senior level, leading to constructive changes in existing practices. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid history of increasing market share and meeting demanding targets. Proficiency in leveraging a CRM system to enhance efficiency and customer interactions is crucial.
