My client, a leading company in the repair and maintenance of wastewater, is looking for a Head of Customer to join their growing team of over 500+ employees. With more than 100 years combined experience, within the group, my client is one of the industry leading companies in waste management. All employees live within the communities my client serves, so they know how important it is to put customers first and ensure the level of service required to maintain such a vast network.
As Head of Customer, you will be part of the leadership team responsible for managing the customer experience process from start to finish. You will need to be a people focused with experience of working with company stakeholders to ensure customers are at the forefront of the businesses mind.
Head of Customer Essentials:
- Established skills in providing high levels of Customer service where you have utilised your leadership experience to achieve targets on both an individual and team basis
- Demonstrable experience working within a fast-paced operational environment where priorities frequently change
