Head of Data

37 Hours Per Week

Circa £68,000 per annum

As the Head of Data, you will spearhead the design and implementation of a robust data strategy that aligns with our strategic priorities. Your objective will be to ensure that our data is accurate, securely managed, and strategically leveraged to ensure Saxon Weald is a data-driven organisation.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Have strong leadership skills and experience of managing a data team
  • Have a thorough and proven understanding of Data management and relevant frameworks
  • Be proficient at digesting, understanding and analysing large amounts of Data
  • Have experience of Office365 technologies including SharePoint, Forms, Teams and PowerAutomate
  • Possess sound knowledge of Data security laws and protocols
  • Be detail orientated with the ability to balance conflicting demands
  • Demonstrate behaviours that align with our values
