Head Of Digital Creative

MCS Group is currently working alongside an award-winning Belfast based agency to recruit a Head of Digital Creative.

As a key senior level role and new position to the business you will oversee the creation of all digital/social assets and shape the agency’s Digital Creative strategy, whilst also managing a team of 3 designers across various level.

You will be an innovative and strategic thinker with a growth mindset and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth ideation, development and implementation of Digital/social projects and initiatives, as well as guiding the production of high-quality deliverables.

You will be accountable for actively collaborating with cross-functional partners, advocating for a digital first-approach and supporting the execution of all key projects, campaigns and practices

.
As a key liaison between the creative and client services team, you will ensure the agency delivers on client goals and expectations and continually raises the bar in quality, value for money, efficiency and workflow.

You will be required to work closely with clients at all levels to build relationships based on respect and trust.

Essential Criteria:

• Degree qualified in digital design, digital marketing, graphic designed or another related field
• 5+ years’ experience in a Digital Creative role with a proven track record of successful digital projects
• Leadership and team management responsibilities
• Digital expertise
