We are working with a national business compliance company based in Hinckley, that offers expert advice on HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety to more than 14,000 businesses across the UK. They are currently looking for a Head of Digital Growth to join their sales and marketing team.

About the job:

In this role you will be responsible for managing and taking full ownership of the marketing strategy, maximising new business opportunities and retention whilst promoting brand awareness across all channels. You will oversee the day-to-day marketing activities of the organisation and drive marketing initiatives for the business. You will be responsible for leading the marketing team, continuing their training and development.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Building the digital marketing strategy and providing plans on how this will be implemented
• Developing, implementing and measuring online and offline marketing plans to maximise business opportunities for the company
• Managing all campaigns to maximise new business
• Working alongside the development team to maintain the website with a key focus on customer experience
• Working closely with the SEO and PPC teams to maximise both paid and organic search opportunities
• Overseeing both central and local marketing spend to drive better ROI, campaign efficiency and cost management through cost analysis reports
• Taking ownership of internal/external marketing to promote business sales and brand initiatives
• Responsible management and implementation of the company social media strategy
• Developing strong relationships with all internal teams to explore all marketing opportunities
• Managing the workflow and priorities of the team and assigning tasks, projects and activities
• Providing timely and reliable management information to key stakeholders within the business
• Overseeing the coordination, design, and production of all marketing collateral including newsletters and client literature

You

• 5 or more years’ experience of managing successful marketing strategies using a wide range of Digital and offline channels, delivering ambitious growth targets and controlling costs
• A proven track record of driving commercial growth through flawless execution of a large marketing strategy in a fast-paced, results driven environment
• Experience leading a team with the ability to motivate and coach
• Degree level in marketing, communications or business
• Confident, ambitious and self motivated
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Experience in social media communications
• Experience working in a health and wellbeing or employee benefits sector is preffered, but not essential

On Offer

• Annual salary up to £70,000
• Bonus scheme - £5,000 per quarter
• 100% office based
