Job Description

As the Head of HR Digital Experiences, you will lead the functional design, configuration and implementation of our new Core HR system. You will be a tools and systems implementation expert and partner closely with many functions across Version 1 to deliver an excellent employee experience through our tools. You will lead the digital transformation for HR and do a full assessment of the feasibility of implementing a new HRIS solution and develop a comprehensive plan for meeting those needs in line with our digital roadmap - without losing sight of global approaches and our commitment to scalability.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of implementing a new Human Resources Information System for Version 1, including system assessment andretirement of legacy HR tools.
  • Manage the HRISproject portfolio, budget, resources, and stakeholders end-to-end and ensure timely and quality delivery of the digital solutions.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and compliance and align them with the global standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the new HRIS post implementation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Provide clear and concise communication on changes to the business and our own internal teams, ensuring minimum disruptionto the business.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders to become a trustworthy and strategic partner and truly understand the employee experience at Version 1.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments indigital transformation and benchmark Version 1's digital maturity against the industry standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering at least 3 or 4 large-scale digital transformation projects in a complex environment,with track record of designing, developing, and implementing digital solutions to enable strategicpriorities.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in IT systems, platforms, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, comfortable collaborating across diverse groups and geographical cultures.
  • Strategic thinking, creativity, and innovation skills with the ability to envision and inspire the future ofdigital transformation.
  • Project management, planning, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within time and budget constraints,
  • Change management, leadership, and coaching skills with the ability to drive and support organizational change and digital adoption.
  • Ability to build strong, influential relationships with senior stakeholders, project manage every step of the way and provide advice and guidance to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Strong Digital Experiences acumen with the ability to balance both people and business priorities.
  • A track record of ensuring Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Accessibility in delivered solutions.
