Head Of Dispute Resolution Solicitor (5+ Pqe - Partner)

At Clayton Legal we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor with the potential for Partner available as appropriate.

This is a superb opportunity to join a well established multi service law firm who have a buoyant Dispute Resolution (Civil and Commercial) Department.

You would be working on an established client base and be looking at building the department.

Ideally you will be 5+ years PQE and have had exposure across a variety of Commercial litigation matters.

Specialising in landlord and tenant matters / contract / commercial disputes with your also gaining exposure as matters progress to the full spectrum of Dispute Resolution work which we are sure you will find most interesting and rewarding.

This client works to either avoid or resolve disputes, successfully helping clients deal with a wide variety of issues.

You will be highly organised and thoroughly motivated by a career in this particular area of law.
