Are you a diligent, kind and accomplished Head of Early Years looking for a stimulating new position starting in September 2024?
A client school of mine is looking to work with a new Head of Early Years to come in and transform their EYFS Department. Part of a large trust that values academic excellence and holistic development for their children, this respected primary school are looking for the newest member of their Leadership Team, to be the Head of Early Years.
Head of Early Years | Why choose this role?

• Join an established EYFS Department as a Head of Early Years, and use your knowledge and experiences to tackle a new role.
• With a high number of students with SEND, you will be responsible for monitoring students' progression as Head of Early Years.
• Join a 'Good' Primary School as Head of Early Years, and help raise the 'OFSTED' rating to 'Outstanding'
• Outer London Pay Scale + TLR
• This school offers continuous CPD for members in the Leadership Team, and the Head of Early Years will sometimes be expected to lead sessions.

Head of Early Years | About You:

• QTS is mandatory for the Head of Early Years / PGCE or PGDE is preferable.
• Head of Early Years must have at least 3 years of teaching experience
• A Head of Early Years is expected to have a warm and welcoming personality, with aspirations of raising ELG.
• If a Head of Early Years had previous Middle Leadership responsibilities, but that isn't a requirement.
