The role:

As a Head of Educational Sales, you will be responsible for...

• Acting as part of the leadership team, contributing to driving revenue through strategy, forecasting, mentoring and effective resource allocation
• Create commercial opportunities to drive international revenue growth with educational institutions
• Contribute directly to business growth through identifying, qualifying and closing new business
• Mentoring, and leading a sales team of 3 x UK and internationally
• Implementing new sales strategies, processes and best practice. Analysing the success of these using key performance metrics to encourage new logo acquisition

About you:

• Successful track record as an individual contributor, meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets
• Experience of selling to international educational institutions
• Experience leading and international sales teams within fast paced environments
• Proven success in generating revenue internationally
• Intelligent and consultative with a passion for sales and building effective long-lasting relationships

The package:

• to £65,000 + £25,000 OTE
