The role:
As a Head of Educational Sales, you will be responsible for...
- Acting as part of the leadership team, contributing to driving revenue through strategy, forecasting, mentoring and effective resource allocation
- Create commercial opportunities to drive international revenue growth with educational institutions
- Contribute directly to business growth through identifying, qualifying and closing new business
- Mentoring, and leading a sales team of 3 x UK and internationally
- Implementing new sales strategies, processes and best practice. Analysing the success of these using key performance metrics to encourage new logo acquisition
About you:
- Successful track record as an individual contributor, meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets
- Experience of selling to international educational institutions
- Experience leading and international sales teams within fast paced environments
- Proven success in generating revenue internationally
- Intelligent and consultative with a passion for sales and building effective long-lasting relationships
The package:
- to £65,000 + £25,000 OTE
