Responsibilities include championing both employers and individuals across a spectrum of matters – from attending tribunals and conducting advocacy to delivering personalized employment and HR advice. Building robust internal and external relationships is at the heart of your mission, coupled with the strategic development of a cutting-edge marketing strategy for the department. Your innovative spark will be crucial in steering business development initiatives, supervising the provision of top-tier employment and HR services, and enlightening the wider department with training sessions, briefings, and updates.

Your Profile:

• A legal virtuoso with at least 6 years’ PQE, whether a Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• An encyclopedic knowledge of Employment law either claimant or respondent, coupled with a knack for innovation
• Battle-tested in Business Development, ready to unveil your strategic prowess.
• A maestro in client care, blending technical finesse with exceptional communication skills.
• Savvy with Case Management Systems; ELA membership is a bonus.
