Job Description
This is an exciting role for an Apprentice to join our People Team as a HR Insights & Technology Analyst.
If you have a passion for data and reporting, we will provide the support and training you need to learn and grown within the role.
You will be based in Milton Keynes.
The focus of the role will be to support the People Insights and Technology team focusing on quality and integrity of people data, support and facilitate technology advances and process efficiencies for the Group.
Job Purpose
Reporting to the Head of People Insights & Technology, support the People Insights & Technology Analysts in maintaining and improving the integrity of the people data across the People systems.  Identify process efficiencies through a technology lens across the function to enhance efficiency.  Produce adhoc and regular reporting such as headcount and turnover to the business to support the business in key decision making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the People and Insights Technology Analysts in the continuous development of the People systems including; data cleansing and user acceptance testing
  • Responsibility of new user records and security profiles
  • Assist with systems administrative tasks and procedures in line housekeeping routines
  • To develop and update user documentation
  • Support with regular and adhoc reporting
  • To be the My View Champion and point of contact for colleague queries
  • To assist with developing and testing new system functionalities
  • To troubleshoot and triage providing a high level of customer service and quality as a first line of support for the People system
  • Explore opportunities to streamline current processes and develop new ways of working, with improved self-service and online support
  • Champion change and consider the impact of change on all processes, systems, and people to ensure appropriate steps are taken for successful implementation
  • To work to tight deadlines and use initiative to prioritise work and to decide in which order to carry out tasks.

Skills required:
  • Strong IT skills and excellent MS office skills.
  • Can do mindset, sees opportunities rather than challenges
  • Accurate and confident in the use of data.
  • Able to communicate confidentially and appropriately with people at all levels including face to face. 
  • Personal organisation skills necessary to manage a range of conflicting demands and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and willing to take on new challenges, including new ways of working.
