Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering team, shaping the overall technical direction aligned with team objectives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
• Oversee the design and development of the Formula 1 car, ensuring compliance with FIA regulations and optimising performance.
• Manage engineering resources effectively, including budgetary oversight and the allocation of personnel to different projects.
• Establish and manage relationships with technical partners, suppliers, and vendors to leverage external expertise and resources.
• Oversee the development and implementation of tools and methodologies for performance analysis.
• Stay abreast of FIA regulations and ensure the team's compliance while identifying opportunities for a competitive advantage.
• Drive research and development initiatives to explore and implement emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Formula 1 engineering with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Formula 1 regulations and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in project management, resource allocation, and budget control.
