Electrician

Qualified Electrician Required.We are currently recruiting for Facilities Maintenance Company that work in Private Medical & Educational secters.Electrician must have 18th Edition and testing qualified.The Electrician will be required to carry out PPM, reactive, servicing and breakdown repairs to electrical & fabric infrastructure including emergency light tests basic HVAC installation and service.The Electrician will need to accurately record all works carried out and completed and identify any remedial works to be undertaken on the documentation provided, a tablet will be provided.The Electrician will also need to order materials and services using ordering system and to update records and job sheets to certify satisfactory delivery/completionThe Electrician must have the ability to estimate time and materials needed for assigned Project Works.For further information on the Electrician vacancecy please do not hesitate to get in touch
