AddressElevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a Globally recognised manufacturer, in the recruitment of a Head of Engineering.
This is a fantastic opportunity, one that will provide the Head of Engineering with the chance to change; influence; grow and develop both personally and professionally.
As Head of Engineering your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute the engineering departments strategic plan, aligned with the operation and overall business goals.
- Provide visionary leadership to the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee and manage all engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and in budget whilst meeting quality standards.
- Develop and manage the engineering department budget, optimise resource allocation to maximise efficiency and meet project deadlines.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement efficiency enhancements and cost saving initiatives.
- Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout the engineering process.
Elevation Recruitment Group are keen to speak with people that have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in engineering.
- Demonstrable leadership and development skills, recruiting; training and managing a high performing multi-functional engineering team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to influence and manage key stakeholder relationships.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements relevant to process manufacturing.
