AddressWe have an exciting opportunity to work for a leading supplier of installation tools for energy infrastructure industries globally as a dynamic Head of Engineering!
The business are a specialist across Product Design and Manufacturing across highly regulated industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Military and Vehicle Manufacturing.
This role is ideal for a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leading multifunctional teams and managing complex projects, including New Product Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Provide technical expertise and support to engineering teams.
- Act as the primary internal client interface, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Plan and allocate resources according to project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver reports to stakeholders, including boardlevel presentations.
You’ll need to come from a Mechanical Engineering background, have strong background in New Product Development and have strong leadership skills across multidiscipline teams.
