They are now looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Estates to lead the way with regads to all property management. As Head of the team you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the campus facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment for students, staff, and visitors

You will be in in charge of 26 buildings all within walking distance from one another in the heart of Rochester, having great connection routs to London and other parts of Kent and Essex.  

With 11 acres of fantastic grounds and facilities, you know there will be variety with your day-to-day with maintenance and upkeep of these historic buildings. With also some capital projects to get your teeth stuck into.
