Due to growth and the securing of new contracts, an excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading manufacturing company as their Head Of Facilities.

The company are a forward thinking SME with exciting growth plans and you will be an integral part of the continued success of a market leading organisation as they expand their operations, as you oversee facilities, purchasing and QHSE.

You will be an important member of the senior leadership team and hold overall responsibility for ensuring the site is maintained to an exceptional standard. You will also be responsible for leading and delivering a strategy to optimise sustainability and operational performance.

You will also hold a high level of responsibility as the go to person with a leading influence on business decisions across CI, manufacturing and operational performance as well as working closely with the purchasing and quality managers to push the business forward.

As a medium sized business, you will need to be confident and competent, liaising across quality, health and safety and have an involvement in the decision making across these departments.

*Experienced Leader within Manufacturing
*Extensive facilities management experience
