SalaryA fantastic start up agency is looking for their next Finance Director to joing them. This reports into the CEO and a part time CFO. It will suit someone who enjoys being in an SME environment and a hands on role.
The Role
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the financial planning and budgeting processes, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing regular reports to the executive team and key stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and recommend proactive measures to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and evaluate financial KPIs, performance metrics, and cost-control initiatives.
- Manage and oversee the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear and actionable insights.
