Head Of Finance

The Head of Finance will lead and manage the Finance team ensuring the smooth finance operation at Kiln Theatre, whilst being a major contributor in the delivery of the theatre's strategic priorities. As a key part of the Senior Team, the Head of Finance will connect the day-to-day financial management of Kiln Theatre with the strategic planning needed to support the organisation's current and future business model, whilst ensuring that effective controls are in place and that all regulatory requirements are met. The Head of Finance will work closely with Amit (Artistic Director/ CEO) and Iain (Executive Director), supporting them as they lead Kiln Theatre through a period a strategic development as the theatre embraces new forms of income generation, growth and artistic activity. The Head of Finance will contribute to Kiln Theatre's business planning and play an active role in supporting the resilience of the organisation for the future, ensuring compliance with charitable best practice at all times, whilst helping the company to fulfil its creative and financial ambitions.

The Head of Finance will also work with members of the Board and in particular the Finance & Risk Committee, as well as the external auditors.
