Salary: up to £65,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00, Hybrid working available
Location: Newquay

Acorn is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join their clients team based in Newquay.

Key Responsibilities:
*Financial Compliance: Oversight of end-to-end finance operations processes and controls, Statutory Reporting, Transfer Pricing and Taxation, Royalty Reporting, VAT, and Banking facilities.
*Working Capital Management: Efficient handling of working capital, ensuring optimal utilization.
*Treasury: Managing treasury functions, including monitoring and optimising cash flow.
*Sales & Purchase Ledger Management: Oversight of sales and purchase ledger activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Essential Requirements:
*Extensive experience in a comparable position
*Proficient in utilising Microsoft Office suite and proficient in the use of large ERP accounting software
*Exceptional academic background and strong interpersonal skills
*Holder of a formal accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
*Demonstrated capability to analyse numerical and various data sources, with the ability to formulate recommendations based on the analysis
