Form of workRobert Half is partnered with a company in Leicestershire to recruit a new Head of FP&A. This is a newly created position and will report into an experienced Finance Director taking full responsibility of the FP&A function for the organisation.

The organisation is a Private Equity backed business, that is growing extensively. They have a large finance team, based in Leicestershire, and work 2 or 3 days a week from the office. The culture is collaborative, and fast-paced. It would suit ambitious individuals who thrive on driving change and growth.
The Role
As the Head of FP&A, you will be hands on in the creation on financial models, reports and analysing data across the organisation. You will lead a small team to provide insights to the board and investors that influence their decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on financial modelling, creating new models and refining existing reporting and Analysis methods
- Grow the FP&A function in line with business objectives
- Support the annual budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Improve the use of technology and systems across the finance team
- Spearhead the FP&A function, guiding a team to new heights of success.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- ACCA, ACA or CIMA Qualified
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities
- Ability to lead and grow a function
- Experience business partnering board level individuals
- Exposure to a PE backed organisation (desirable)
