Head of Fleet Sales

Full-Time - Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours (No weekends or Evenings)

Basic Salary: £40,000.00 to £60,000.00 basic, PLUS COMMISSION!

Location: Nottinghamshire

Our client is a national vehicle fleet organisation with a ‘world class’ brand reputation through maintaining relationships with their high-net-worth customers across the UK. They pride themselves in providing a hassle-free vehicle rental and contract service to their customers nationwide. Due to experiencing accelerated growth, they are now seeking an exceptional Head of Fleet Sales to join their business and further cement there brand by selling 100’s of commercial vehicles to the fleet sector with a key focus of providing exceptional service.

As Head of Fleet Sales:

  • Proactively engage with new and existing customers within the industry and sell commercial vehicles to the Midlands retail market.
  • Asset manage the full fleet and maintain vehicle value as well as save maintenance cost.
  • Match vehicle specification to customer requirements
  • Have full autonomy, ownership of the role as Head of Fleet Sales with full company back up behind you
  • Treat it as your own mini business with fantastic earning potential as a Head of Fleet Sales
  • Be a brand ambassador and increase brand awareness within the retail environment as a Head of Fleet sales.

Head of Fleet Sales Candidate:   

  • Previous Sales experience within the truck / HGV industry in ESSENTIAL
  • Fantastic work ethic and attitude with full flexibility
  • Do what’s right by the customer attitude
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with own diary management
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Naturally resilient and tenacious
