Head of Fundraising, Impact & Communications

The Head of Fundraising will be a key member of the Senior Management Team and will work closely with other senior colleagues and our board of trustees.  Working with the Director of Fundraising & Engagement to deliver a highly ambitious five-year fundraising strategy and lead the team through a significant period of growth.  Responsible for the management of the fundraising team, you will drive the development and implementation of our fundraising activity in line with the fundraising strategy and annual plan.

This newly created role will work closely with the Director to lead a highly motivated and experienced fundraising team to expand existing activities, establish new income streams and develop new fundraising activities to deliver significant growth over the next five years to position us as a £3m a year income charity by March 2029.
