Head of Group FP&A | Multi-site | London - Hybrid | c.£130,000 DOE

An International members club, are continuously expanding, with many new locations on the horizon. They are in need of a new Group Head of FP&A to continue leading a successful team of five. Based in the heart of London on a hybrid basis, this is an opportunity to have autonomy over the Group FP&A function, really making your mark on the business.

What you will be doing:

• Manage and mentor a team of 5
• Prepare the annual budgets as well as monthly forecasts
• Liaise with local and global Finance teams to ensure budgets are managed effectively
• Analysing previous budgets/forecasts and performing variance analysis including commentary to explain variances
• Assist in developing new processes and reports to support budget owners, helping to deliver objectives

What we are looking for:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Proven experience building budgets and forecasts
• Experience working in a Multinational business
• Analytical mind-set and personable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
