Location: London Bridge, SE1 with travel to Aldershot/Hampshire.
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum

Role Overview:
As the Head of Trust, you will have the overall responsibility for a prestigious housing portfolio, ensuring full regulatory compliance as a For Profit Registered Provider (FPRP). Your pivotal role includes attending and reporting to the Board on performance, regulatory compliance, and policy changes, providing all necessary assurance to operate effectively.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in asset/portfolio management within a managerial capacity
• MRICS/CIH qualification is preferred.
• Strong numeracy and high-level negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A keen eye for detail and a collaborative team player
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer literacy
• Financial detail analysis capability

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the organization meets the Regulator for Social Housing’s requirements
• Full asset management of the portfolio, driving performance and value
• Supporting the Board with papers, actions, and updates
• Improving the gross to net position for customers, partners, and shareholders
• Leading the in-house Management team to achieve business objectives
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and relevant legislation
• Managing budgets, procedures, and schedules effectively
• Proposing investment sales and maintaining regular reports
