It is such a good feeling to have a role come on that you are excited about and looking forwards to recruiting!

I am currently working with my team, supporting a massive UK brand on a Midlands based Head of HR role. While the market has been quieter at the top recently it is really nice to see some more senior roles coming through (watch my page for more to come).

This role has a complete strategic focus (exciting right) working within a matrix organisation responsible for c2000 employees.

You will partner very closely with the Senior Leadership team, influencing from the top down and ensuring the HR initiatives are in-line with the business strategy. There is a focus on succession planning, management of the L&D plan, change management and business commerciality.

To be successful with your application you will ideally have either a large corporate/brand experience, operating at a strategic level, or previous time held in senior HR positions within fast growing SME's.

You will be comfortable operating with initiative, making changes where necessary but at the same time ensuring things are in-line with the wider business.

If you are midlands based - comfortable heading in to the office more often than not (in the first instance anyway) and have blue collar, Head of HR experience then I would love to hear from you!
