Head of HR

CMA HR Division is assisting a growing organisation based in Christchurch, Dorset to recruit an Interim Head of HR to join them for 6 months initially to cover a busy period.
Reporting to the HR Director the client is looking for an individual who can oversee the HR division globally whilst driving the HR strategy and deliver on several projects to embed positive change.
What will the Head of HR role involve?

• Ensuring the team have a clear understanding of key responsibilities and their objectives;
• Support on any organisational change and manage relationships;
• Accountable for ensuring positive employee engagement across the business;
• Deliver global training plan that meets the business needs;
• Conduct the annual employee engagement survey;
• Deliver the Wellbeing & Charity initiatives;
• Deliver with the support of the People team global recruitment across the business;
• Salary benchmarking reports on a bi-annual basis;
• Work on the company EVP and communicating the people plan through social media channels;
• Oversee the employee on-boarding process;
• Oversee the probation review process.

Suitable Candidate for the Head of HR vacancy:

• A HR professional with at least 5 years experience, ideally in a multi-national business;
• A proven track record in leading a People team and building effective relationships with senior business leaders;
• Experience of delivering organisational and cultural change initiatives and delivering high impact HR strategies;
• High energy and great at multi-tasking.
