Head of HR | Permanent | Nottingham - Onsite | Full Time (could possibly consider part time) | £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of HR to really make an impact and deliver genuine transformation across a successful, well thought of and one of the highest performing trusts within the world of education.  We are looking for an engaging individual who forges strong relationships and wins the trust of stakeholders, your team and the wider business, while driving a newly defined vision, mission and cultural expectations.  
This is definitely not a 'business as usual' role, there is lots of work to be done, although operational HR experience is advantageous, we are looking for somebody effective and strategic.  You will have experience leading a HR team, but equally we are looking for experience in building the strategy for HR and balance the long term strategy with developing relationships with the multiple sites and line managers. 
As a Head of HR, you will lead a HR team that consists of HR business partner, HR Advisor, HR Resourcing, Administration Manager and HR Assistants.  Through leadership, you will grow and develop the practice, process and policy of the HR team, increasing its impact and influence across the partnership. 
Through your visionary leadership and strategic acumen, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of the trust and delivering transformational impact for the schools.
