Key Deliverables

You will be responsible for

• Developing, monitoring, and implementing Tower’s people management strategy and values
• Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, in the UK, US and Singapore and other countries where Tower employees are located in Europe and APAC. 
• Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
• Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
• Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
• Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
• Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
• Reporting on the performance and progress of the HR department to senior stakeholders
• Directing change management and organisational development
• Compliance with Tower’s Business Management System and internal processes

Job Requirements

Education

• Degree/HND or equivalent
• At least CIPD qualified to level 5 or equivalent
• Maths and English at grade C or equivalent 

Experience

• Proven experience of working in a standalone HR role in an SME, or as a strong number 2 ready to make their move into the Head of
• Function
• An understanding of the way an organisation operates to meet its objectives is desirable
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
• Knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
• A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to pick up and understand international employment law via web guidance or external consult

We offer £55-70k depending on experience + Benefits.
