Salary: £52,572 to £56,918 (Grade 12 Scale Point 44 to 48)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

As the Head of ICT Services, you will lead on the design, development and implementation of the ICT strategy and manage the ICT Services function, infrastructure, and technical operations. As a key member of our central team, your expertise will help to deliver an outstanding service to staff, students, and the central team.
The role focuses on both education support and business systems and services and will principally include the development and oversight of a clear strategy for the development of ICT across the Trust, and managing a large team and budget to ensure that the strategy is delivered.
Our Head of ICT Services will be responsible for the professional development and growth of the school Network Managers and ICT Technicians to support the changes needs of the Trust over time.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who can clearly communicate with a diverse client group. You will have strong leadership skills and a proven ability to lead, motivate and coach.
