SalaryEmerge is a vibrant, fast growing charity - a #VoiceOfHope for young people struggling with self-harm and ending up in A&E in crisis. This brand new role will oversee our finances across multiple cost centres, develop budgets and procedures, and work with our CEO to resource this exciting work.
Our annual turnover is rapidly growing, currently at £650K with next year expected to be at the £850 mark.
Emerge’s Head of Finance:

- Have a can-do attitude and are willing and able to manage their time and priorities to facilitate the smooth running and success of Emerge’s work in their area
- Already experienced and competent in the areas of responsibility described
Specific areas of responsibility will include prayerfully leading on budgets, reporting, remuneration, financial management and furture planning.
