Head of IT Service Delivery

£70,000 - £80,000
Role Summary:
Fruition IT are on the lookout for a experienced Head of IT Serivce Deelivery to work for one of the Uk's leading Automotive company to lead their end user service team, the Head of IT Service Delivery ensures a high-quality and available IT experience for both internal and external customers. Reporting to the Group IT Services Director, this strategic role requires a service-focused thinker capable of maintaining relationships with stakeholders and external partners. The position involves overseeing all aspects of IT Service, leading a team, managing access requests, and driving Incident and Problem Management. A commitment to Continual Service Improvement and collaboration with stakeholders and vendors is essential. The role also includes transitioning services to Business as Usual and generating management reports on KPIs and SLAs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong understanding of ITIL-based Service Management principles.
- Proven Incident Management skills and technical proficiency.
- Experience in creating a customer-centric culture and improving end user experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working with EUC, 1st and 2nd line teams
This role will be based out of the client's Head office in Leeds, approximately 3-4 days per week. This role therefore will suit those who prefer hybrid roles or live locally.
