Head of Learning, Engagement and Inclusion

We’re looking for a Head of Learning, Engagement and inclusion with experience to join an important charity helping vulnerable children across the world.

Position: Head of Learning, Engagement and Inclusion

Location: Milton Keynes/Hybrid

Hours: Full-time - 36.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £59,375 per annum, (automatic salary progression thereafter)

Closing date: 31st January 2024

About the role:

The Head of Learning, Engagement, and Inclusion will lead the organisation’s Learning, Engagement, and Inclusion Team and work with the Chief People Officer will take responsibility for implementing the organisation’s learning and development, engagement, and Inclusion priorities.

You will have experience:

 

  • Leading high-performing teams of professionals.
  • Developing and implementing learning and development strategies and plans.
  • Developing initiatives to improve employee Engagement and Inclusion.

Essential Criteria:

 

  • Proven experience in developing people strategies that are aligned with business goals.
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues from all areas of the business, build unity and achieve greater impact.
  • Experience in leading change programmes (design, delivery & evaluation of programmes).
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or Organisational Development or equivalent relevant experience which shows the development of thinking and communication skills.
  • Proven analytical skills - use of evidence and data to support decision-making.
