Key Benefits:
- Salary: £52,476 - £59,260, per annum, dependent on experience, plus 5% Outer London Fringe Allowance (£55,099-62,223)
- Hybrid working model (up to 3 days remote per week)

Your Mission:
As Head of Major Gifts, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding Combat Stress' donor base and securing vital contributions to support our cause. With your strategic approach and exceptional communication skills, you'll engage with donors and senior volunteers, fostering a culture of philanthropy throughout the organisation.
