Key Benefits:
- Salary: £52,476 - £59,260, per annum, dependent on experience, plus 5% Outer London Fringe Allowance (£55,099-62,223)
- Hybrid working model (up to 3 days remote per week)

Your Mission:
As Head of Major Gifts, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding Combat Stress' donor base and securing vital contributions to support our cause. With your strategic approach and exceptional communication skills, you'll engage with donors and senior volunteers, fostering a culture of philanthropy throughout the organisation.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a major gift fundraising strategy
- Manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals
- Lead and motivate a team of fundraisers
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify new prospects
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Your Skills:
- Proven experience in major gift fundraising
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the charity sector or related fields preferred
