Its products, which use advanced materials, supply sectors as diverseas aviation to aquaculture and are sold globally from the UK and Ireland toEurope, the Middle East, Africa, South America, and Australia.
As a highly ambitious company, Cunningham has ventured intonew international markets and is undergoing a substantial capital investmentand expansion initiative, poised to increase manufacturing capacity by almost40%. In the context of this growthambition, we are actively seeking to appoint an inspirational Head ofManufacturing Operations to spearhead a new era of state-of-the-art production.
This new role will encompass team leadership, productionplanning, process optimisation, and driving continuous improvement initiativesthat will sustain Cunningham’s competitive edge and enhance its commercialperformance.
The successful candidate will lead important strategic businessimprovement projects, including ERP implementation, and further develop procurementand supply chain functions. Your involvement in the strategic planning processwill be critical in ensuring Cunningham retains its market-leading position inthis dynamic industry
We are keen to hear from accomplished senior managers with aproven track record in delivering transformative change within a high-variety,low-volume and agile production /manufacturing environment. Your success to date will centre around your howyou apply inspirational leadership skills to build high-performing andempowered teams.
As a data-driven professional, you should be passionateabout systems integration, with exposure to ERP or similar manufacturingsoftware, recognising the value of providing data insights for informeddecision-making.
