Head Of Marketing

The successful Head of Marketinglooking for someone to develop and implement a marketing strategy to meet the company ambitious growth plans, evaluating the current and future market conditions, our customers and competitors, as well as analysing products to support with NPD and targeting activities.

As a Head of Marketing, you will oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities including the supervision of the marketing team.

You'll be digitally savvy with experience in email marketing, managing social media channels and using CMS's to upload content to websites. You'll also have experience in producing copy and content for both online and offline for a range of materials including but not limited to sales collateral, brochures, leaflets etc.

This role involves;

• Responsibility for the marketing of group company products & services
• Regular engagement with sales team, providing relevant collateral, media & support
• Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge
• Develop a detailed annual marketing plan in support of the group's growth strategy & sales plans
• Manage marketing spend effectively, within budget guidelines
• Ensure frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all relevant media channels
• Manage the product life cycle from launch to maturity

To be successful in this role of Head of Marketingwe would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

• Minimum 8 years of Marketing experience, including 3 years in a similar role in the construction products industry
• Significant experience of all marketing activities and channels, including website, social media, trade shows, brochures, CRM, branding, PR etc.
• A successful track record of managing a marketing team, including tasking, regular feedback, development and appraisals.
• Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
