Head Of Marketing & Communications

We are seeking a skilled Head of Marketing & Communications to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with energy, flexibility and creative marketing and communications skills who is excited by the opportunity to change lives and support people in recovery.

70% of our team and trustees have experienced gambling harm in some form - lived experience is not a requirement for this role, but you must be passionate about making a difference, purpose driven and believe in our mission.

Knowledge, skills & experience

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role
• Experience of website, campaign management and producing content
• Excellent writing skills 
• Experience in print, digital media production, publications. Able to manage external marketing and media relationships.
• Advanced IT and digital skills. Knowledge of graphic design tools and basic video editing software is a plus.
• Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills. Outstanding team working skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies.
• Lead innovative campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, PR and events. Brand development and management.
• Digital marketing including email, SEO, and website optimisation.
• Create compelling content and marketing collateral.
• Develop and manage the website. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and agencies.
• Manage national PR.  Track audience engagement.
