We are now looking for a creative, self-starting and ambitious marketer to help us increase our reach, reputation and supporter numbers across the Jewish community and beyond.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and delivery of World Jewish Relief’s marketing strategy and campaigns, that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion with key audiences.
- Leading on audience development and acquisition across online and offline channels, ensuring that we are able to deliver meaningful insights about the success of campaigns that are fed into future campaigns.
- Working with wider teams at World Jewish Relief to develop, brief and deploy key campaigns and messaging across the year, ensuring results are measurable.
- Identifying key partnerships and opportunities with other organisations in both the Jewish and Humanitarian communities to drive acquisition.
- Working alongside the Head of Brand and Creative, enhance and maintain brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels, including core assets and campaigns.
You should have:
- Extensive experience with complex campaign planning, from both a creative and a reporting/data management perspective.
- A firm understanding of how to engage and retain supporters.
- Experience of increasing efficacy of email marketing campaigns
- A working knowledge of the Jewish Community makeup and culture
- Extensive experience in running social media campaigns
- Extensive experience in reporting and campaign analytics
- Knowledge of best practice and evidence of ability to spot opportunities and successfully implement new ideas to help maintain or improve market position.
- A passion for analytics, testing and optimisation.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with exceptional attention to detail
