Role: Head of Marketing (12 Month FTC)

Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE + Car allowance / travel

Head of Marketing needed for beautiful Hotel Group!

I am currently looking for a Head of Marketing for a beautiful Hotel Group spread across the UK countryside.
You will be passionate about all things marketing and come from a hospitality background.

This role is mainly home-based with travel to sites / Head office required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conception, development and implementation of Marketing plan and strategy to drive awareness, consideration and drive interest and sales in line with brand propositions
• Work closely with key stakeholders, creative and key agencies to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing sales
• Working closely with key stakeholders for optimising pricing within the business
• Lead evolution and execution of food, drink, rooms and key date offer to maximise both customer experience and sales
• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan
• Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing launch plans and onward marketing activity plans for new sites
• Co-ordinate overall printed and digital media, developing company brand specs
• Lead social media presence and activity, developing initiatives to drive engagement
• Development of brand-level initiatives, including brand guidelines, PR campaigns, and social engagement
• Develop major programs of activity in conjunction with digital marketing team to further grow the brand
• Contribute to positive growth of internal communication strategies
