Head Of Marketing - Hybrid

Join a leading digital agency as the Head of Marketing. They are a really friendly team with a fantastic office and culture.

This is primarily an office-based job. A hybrid role may be considered after a settling-in period. Face-to-face client meetings are required.

THE JOB:

- Design and support the implementation of client marketing strategies.

- Work with the account managers to deliver effective ROI for clients.

- Oversee and manage the internal marketing strategy.

- Support business development by designing and being involved in client pitches.

- Stay aHead of Marketing trends and support the internal team with knowledge transfer.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing.

- Experience in a lead marketing role.

- Expertise in digital marketing strategies and trends.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data in decision-making.

- Organisational and time management skills.

SALARY + BENEFITS:

- +pound;40,000 - +pound;60,000, dependent on experience.

- 31 days of holidays, including public holidays.
