Head of Operational Excellence in Hull at a leading UK based manufacturer.Opportunity to make a mark on a growing global business.Full site-wide CI responsibilities for manufacturing facility in Hull.

Responsibilities
• Embedding lean manufacturing methods and principles.• Eradicating waste and improving efficiency.• Developing shopfloor continuous improvement competencies.• Managing existing programs and developing new ideas for world-class manufacturing.• Driving on-time, in-full, and high-quality project delivery.• Managing core values to create a cohesive team.• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement.• Progressing digitalization and data strategies.• Acting as an agent for change.
Requirements
• Strong lean manufacturing background and experience in leading change.• Knowledge of Operational management and organizational methods.• Proven background in managing teams of approximately 40 people.• Ability to operate at a strategic level and break down goals into practical tasks.• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in CI methodologies.• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business.
