They have grown a successful business delivering roof, wall and window refurbishments to customer’s homes, alleviating the need for costly replacement works and adding instant curb appeal to customer homes.
As the business continues to grow, they have identified a requirement to appoint a Head of Operations to the business, a member of the Senior Management Team with responsibility for driving the operational excellence of the business, continuing to improve processes as well as maximise productivity and efficiency.
The newly appointed Head of Operations will lead further operational development of the business and oversee the operational and business strategy, driving continuous improvement throughout the business.
This role will be fully responsible for overseeing all:
- Day to day operational activities
- Organising the schedule of construction works
- Health & Safety
- Customer satisfaction
KEY ACCOUNTABLITIES
- A member of the Senior Leadership Team, actively contributing to formulation and delivery of organisation wide strategy.
- Seek continuous improvement in business process and operational practices making recommendations for process improvement to enable delivery of strategic aims in areas of responsibility and more generally.
- Champion Health & Safety within the business, ensuring all policies and procedures are to the highest, industry standard.
