Due to an internal promotion, an excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading manufacturing company as their Head Of Operations.

The company are a forward thinking SME with exciting growth plans and you will be an integral part of the continued success of a market leading organisation as they expand their operations.

This is a varied and challenging role and you will hold a high level of responsibility as the go to person with a leading influence on business decisions across CI, manufacturing and operational performance as well as working closely with the purchasing and quality managers to push the business forward.

Although this role has a heavy focus on operational performance and continuous improvement, As a medium sized business, you will need to be confident and competent, liaising across quality, health and safety and have an involvement in the decision making across these departments.

The Role:

Candidate Requirements:
*Experienced Operations Leader within Manufacturing
*Experience Of Implementing ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards
* Excellent Communicator, results driven
